Jeremy Grail is a designer, researcher, and technologist based in Providence, Rhode Island.

He has experience across architecture, industrial design, digital fabrication, and information technology.

He recently graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a Master’s of Industrial Design, where he held the Building Tall Presidential Fellowship, a full-tuition award.

His Master’s thesis, Dead Reckoning, surveyed wireless infrastructure as critical resource for distibuted environmental intelligence and behavioral data surplus. Using open source hardware and software, He designed and built electronic field instruments that expose and document data collection techniques of network surveillance systems. He used the data collected from these specialized instruments to create experimental drawings and topography studies of the invisible electromagnetic environments surrounding citizens today.

In 2022, he graduated, with honors, from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s of Environmental Design and minor in Architectural Fabrication & Product Design.
